The Momentum Membership

is a private, invite-only coaching community for athletes who have completed a Complete Athlete program and are ready to sustain their growth. Designed to build consistency and long-term performance habits, this membership helps athletes maintain focus, accountability, and motivation as they continue applying what they’ve learned.
Members gain access to monthly group coaching calls with Coach Tracey Hemphill, where key mindset themes, Flow strategies, and athlete challenges are explored in depth. Every member also receives a 30-minute one-on-one coaching session every eight weeks, bookable via our private scheduling system, to personalize progress and maintain individual focus.
