Two days of focused swimming clinics, with time to learn, practise and build on the skills from one session to the next.

Stroke foundations for ages 7–9, or skills and habit formation across all four strokes for competitive swimmers aged 9–12.

Each booking covers one session on Friday and one on Saturday in the selected group.

Stroke foundations | Ages 7–9

Focused practice on the foundations of your child’s strokes across two linked sessions.

  • 2 Γ— 60-minute sessions
  • Group 1: Friday 13h00–14h00 Β· Saturday 09h00–10h00
  • Group 2: Friday 14h00–15h00 Β· Saturday 10h00–11h00
  • 8–10 swimmers per group, organised by Vryheid coaches

Competitive skills | Ages 9–12

Skills and habit formation across freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke and butterfly.

  • 2 Γ— 90-minute sessions
  • Friday: 15h00–16h30
  • Saturday: 11h00–12h30
  • Maximum 20 competitive swimmers

Friday bonus: an additional 60-minute starts-and-turns clinic will run only if weather and conditions are suitable. Timing will be confirmed on the day.

Before you book

For nine-year-olds: Vryheid coaches advise on and allocate the most suitable group according to swimming level.

Booking siblings: select the number of places required in the same group and enter every swimmer’s full name and age at checkout. Use a separate checkout for children attending different groups.

After payment: you will be directed to the welcome page to complete a short registration for each swimmer.

Cancellation policy: bookings are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
